A Coach Dedicated to Human Connection and Meaningful Change
Born and raised in Montreal, I grew up in a city that mirrors the work I do today. Montreal is diverse, vibrant, complex, and always evolving. It is a place where cultures, languages, and perspectives intersect, creating endless opportunities to learn from people and understand what brings them together. From a young age, I was fascinated by what shapes human behavior, how we communicate, and what allows people to grow.
That curiosity has guided my entire professional path. I have always seen myself as a connector,
someone who helps people bridge the distance between where they are and where they want to be. The image of a bridge has always resonated with me. It represents progress, courage, and the willingness to move forward. It symbolizes exactly what coaching is meant to create.
Today, I work with individuals, teams, and organizations across Quebec and Ontario who want to communicate better, strengthen their leadership, and create healthier workplaces. My mission is to help people transform the way they show up in their roles, their relationships, and their decisions.

A Background Rooted in Psychology, Human Behavior, and Communication
My professional journey began at McGill University, where I completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. Understanding human motivation, cognition, and emotion became the foundation of my work.
I later pursued graduate studies in Public Relations, Management, and Communications, which deepened my understanding of how people function in complex environments, how teams operate, and how organizations succeed when communication is intentional and inclusive.
This blend of behavioral insight and organizational awareness shapes the coaching and facilitation work I deliver today.
Professional Certifications and Coaching Approach
ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC)
I completed the Professional and Personal Coach Certification (PPCC) at the John Molson Executive Center at Concordia University, an ICF accredited program. Earning my ACC credential reflects my commitment to delivering ethical, high quality coaching grounded in proven methodologies.
Certified PROSCI Change Management Practitioner
I am also a certified PROSCI practitioner, trained in the globally recognized ADKAR model. This allows me to support clients through complex organizational change with structure, clarity, and a people-centered approach.
A Human-Centered Coaching Philosophy
My coaching integrates active listening, powerful questioning, emotional intelligence, and practical tools that help individuals and teams create lasting transformation. I believe in creating a safe and supportive space where people can reflect, grow, and access their full potential.
What Inspires My Work as a Coach
I am driven by the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel understood, empowered, and supported. Coaching allows me to combine psychological insight with actionable strategies that help professionals:
01
communicate with confidence
04
resolve challenges with clarity
02
strengthen leadership skills
05
create healthier and more connected workplaces
03
navigate transitions
Working with organizations across Quebec and Ontario has shown me the profound impact coaching can have on performance, culture, and wellbeing.
Beyond Work: What Matters to Me
Coaching is deeply tied to who I am, but so are the moments that happen offline. Outside of work, you will often find me:
Hosting meaningful conversations about mental health on my podcast Anxious Millennial
Enjoying coffee, walking around Montreal, and listening to classic rock
Skiing during winter months
Planning my next travel adventure
Spending time with people who inspire me
These experiences remind me of the importance of balance, curiosity, and connection, values that shape my approach with every client.
